Robogals Melbourne
Founded in 2008, the Melbourne chapter is based out of the University of Melbourne and made up of over 290 volunteers in 2021. In the 2020-2021 term, we have logged over 1200 workshop hours and reached over 1000 girls (all during the Covid-19 pandemic)! Internally, we trained 173 new volunteers to participate in the workshops and 16 leads volunteers.
We also held various virtual events, including our annual Night of Celebration (which had over 50 attendees!), virtual training sessions, and professional development and social events for our volunteers, including virtual movie nights and games nights.
